Hassan: The former president of Aam Aadmi Party district unit K. has appealed to the state committee that Agile Yogesh, who has been accused of fraud and corruption, should not be given a ticket by the AAP party for any reason. P Sivakumar said.
Speaking at a press conference, he said that Aam Aadmi Party is an honest party and is progressing by doing good work in Delhi Punjab by providing good governance, education, health, government services, Mane Bagi Lige scheme.
Selection of suitable candidates for the party is essential as the election date is fixed in Karnataka state. He said it is not right that Aam Aadmi Party has declared Agile Yogesh as the candidate of the Hassan assembly constituency in this situation, who is defecting politics by joining party to party in the Hassan assembly constituency.
In the past, there have been cases where Agile Yogesh cheated thousands of people by getting 60 to 70 crores of land in Hassan, Mandya, Mysore, Bengaluru, Ramanagara and Chamaraj Nagar in the name of SLS Developer and not paying the land.
As a result of some people approaching the court, the court also investigated the fraud case and issued an order to return the money or land to those who paid the money. In this case, Aam Aadmi Party should not give the ticket to the person involved in such cheating cases for the next election. In this regard, he has assured the state committee through a letter that he will meet the national president Arvind Kejriwal soon and give the corruption documents to Yogesh.
