Selection of suitable candidates for the party is essential as the election date is fixed in Karnataka state. He said it is not right that Aam Aadmi Party has declared Agile Yogesh as the candidate of the Hassan assembly constituency in this situation, who is defecting politics by joining party to party in the Hassan assembly constituency.
In the past, there have been cases where Agile Yogesh cheated thousands of people by getting 60 to 70 crores of land in Hassan, Mandya, Mysore, Bengaluru, Ramanagara and Chamaraj Nagar in the name of SLS Developer and not paying the land.
As a result of some people approaching the court, the court also investigated the fraud case and issued an order to return the money or land to those who paid the money. In this case, Aam Aadmi Party should not give the ticket to the person involved in such cheating cases for the next election. In this regard, he has assured the state committee through a letter that he will meet the national president Arvind Kejriwal soon and give the corruption documents to Yogesh.
