Grand drive for Pancharatna Yatra in Hassan
Hassan: The Pancharatna Yatra has started in the district for five days from today and today at 11:30 am in Sravanabelagola Assembly Constituency, former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy was given a grand welcome at the border village Hirisave of the district.
Later, a roadshow and a big conference were organized in Channarayapatna, where local MLA CN Balakrishna, former minister HD Revanna, MP Prajwal Revanna, and member of Vidhan Parishad Suraj Revanna participated.
After Sama Vesha in Channarayapatna, the roadshow will be held in Sravanabelagola and then HD Kumaraswamy will stay at Vaddarahalli in Sravanabelagola Hobli.
Ma. Pancharatna yatra in Hassan on 18th…!?
Pancharatna yatra has started in Hassan district today and will end on March 17 in six assembly constituencies. He said that the date of March 18 has been fixed and by then everything will be settled smoothly, but there is a high possibility that the Pancharatna Yatra convention will be held in the Hassan assembly constituency on that day. Kumaraswamy reiterated that the second list of JDS party candidates is being prepared and the issue of giving priority to the party workers in the Hassan assembly constituency is still pending and the same name will be on the list.
Give a ticket to Swaroop…!!
The 81-day Pancharatna Yatra started in Hassan’s Sravanabelagola Assembly Constituency and there was an incident where the activists demanded that Swarupa should be given a ticket to Hassan. JDS workers surrounded Kumaraswamy and shouted pro-Swaroop slogans demanding that he give the ticket to Swaroop in Hassan.
