Tejovadhe from some Congress district leaders
Hassan: I have worked sincerely for many decades in the Congress party. Krishnakumar, former president of Huda and vice president of the Congress district unit, said that a decision will be taken in the coming days to stay away from active politics due to recent hateful political developments.
Speaking at a press conference, he said that during the tenure of the Congress, he did a good job as HUDA President under the advice and guidance of Minister Mahadevappa and A Manju.
Recognized as a Dalit leader in the district, they have now elected me as the vice president of the Congress district unit. In the background of this election, Constituency MLA Pritam J Gowda visited my house and invited me to the party but I did not say any conclusions about this.
It has been noticed that Congress leaders like HK Mahesh, Raghu and others are mentally ill, and they will file a complaint with the KPCC president and take up a legal battle, he said.
Even today, I am active in the Congress party and I have noticed that I am making posts on social media saying that I have not left the party and I have noticed that the state leaders are urging me to clarify that in the coming days, I will either stay in the Congress or leave the party and join another party or stay away from active politics.
Krishnakumar said that he will also seek advice from HC Maha Devappa in this regard.
Rangappa, Preetu and others were present at the press conference.
