When MLA Balakrishna arrived at Kasaba Hobali Shettihalli village of the taluk, the youth and villagers paid their respects by cutting a cake, garlanding flowers and bursting firecrackers. Efforts have been made for the all-round development of the taluk. He said that he is thankful to everyone who has blessed the people of the taluk to be re-elected due to the emphasis on education, health, agriculture and irrigation.
