Elderly people, women, and children do not see the darkness of the mid-day sun and are sending passengers to another bus saying that they are the only passenger to get off at Ramnath Pura bus stand and go to Konanur. For some others, we have to go to the depot to fill up with diesel, for which another bus will come, show the ticket, a board that bus and go to Konanur, the conductor has left. In the meantime, there have been cases where passengers have left their bags or luggage on the bus in a hurry to get off the bus and then come to the depot and get the luggage, so we have heard many complaints from the public.
