Hassan: Many reservations and schemes have been given to the Muslim community during our administration, and I and my family will always be in favour of the Muslim community, said former minister H.D. Revanna expressing confidence.
While inaugurating the Mutavalli conference and information program on Waqf facilities held on Sunday morning at Madina Shadi Mahal hall near Ganga Parameshwari Temple, State Auqaf Board Bangalore, District Waqf Office, he said, “During our administration, I have not allowed injustice to any taluk of the seven assembly constituencies of Hassan district. In the entire state of the state, many reservations have been given to the Muslim community, including in education, former Prime Minister H.D. Devegaudru. No other goods have been given so far. He said that our party has given crores of rupees for several projects including the concrete road in Hassan.
Janab Shafi Sa Adi, President of the State Wakf Board, while speaking, said that the Wakf Board has encroached on many places across the state and the work of breaking them is going on, everyone should unite to protect them, and Muslims should fight for the development of their community under the wishes of the constitution. Kivimathu said that in the secular state of Karnataka, which has the ideals of great people like Basavanna and Kuvempu, they should work hard for the development of their community by getting the benefits given to them by the government under the constitution. According to the legal orders, every Muslim should keep proper records of his place of residence, and all the documents necessary for living and getting government benefits, through which the benefits provided by the government are to be availed. He said that if there is any problem or confusion in the documents in the community, they can contact the district, and waqf advisory committee and get any advice.
