Demand to consider Holenaraseepur itself as a very sensitive constituency || Attack on Congress workers due to fear of defeat

Hassan: It is doubtful that fair elections will be held in Holenarasipur Assembly Constituency. Congress candidate Shreyas Patel warned that JDS leaders and the district administration will be directly responsible if law and order in the constituency are affected.
Speaking at a press conference, he complained to the Election Commission and the district administration that the Taluk Magistrate and Police Circle Inspector were changed in Holenarasipur Assembly Constituency but no action was taken.
He alleged that only local officials have been assigned to the election flying squad department and they are working on behalf of JDS leaders. Last month, MP Prajwal Revanna and his companions assaulted the president of Hole Narsipur Congress Taluk Minority Unit, Fairoz Sharif, and when Fairoz was admitted to the hospital, MP’s associates assaulted him in the hospital and alleged that no action was taken in this regard.
Due to the fear of defeat in this constituency, the JDS leaders and their allies are attacking the Congress workers, creating an atmosphere of fear in the constituency.
Shreyas Patel expressed confidence that the JDS leaders have been winning in the constituency for the last 30 years with the same oppressive leftist line, this time the wind of change has blown and the Congress party is certain to win.
Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda’s family members are behaving in a way that threatens his honor. He warned that whatever disaster happened in the field, the district administration is directly responsible, we will not sit idly by and take the path of struggle even if there is any problem for our workers.
Nanje Gowda, Puttaraju, Harish, and Manjunath were present at the press conference.
