Konanur: Former minister A. Manju has announced that he is the JDS candidate in the upcoming elections for the Arakalagudu constituency.
He made the official announcement in a meeting of his supporters and activists called at Hanyalu village of Swagram Ramanathapura Hobli.
He discussed with everyone in the meeting and appealed to all my workers, leaders and fans to be with me as I will contest from JDS.
From today we all join the party in favour of JDS and it is our responsibility to win Manju. In our own towns, we all are JDS, we will win Manjanna from the JDS party, and hundreds of people took an oath with A. Manju and extended their hands that we are all JDS.
After the meeting, activists shouted slogans to former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, former CM HD Kumaraswamy, and A. Manjura.
A. Manju visited seniors: A few days ago, former minister A. Manju visited HDD’s residence in Bangalore to inquire about the health of HD Deve Gowda, a senior leader of JDS. On the same occasion, he held final talks with HD Kumaraswamy and received blessings from HDD. Former Minister HD Revanna was present on this occasion.
On March 11 or 12, A. Manju will join the JDS party in the presence of Deve Gowda in Bengaluru. The Pancharatna yatra program will be held on March 16 in Arakalagudu taluk.
