Konanur: Former minister and JDS candidate A. Manju campaigned fiercely for two days in Konanur Hobali. He started the campaign by offering special pooja at Eshwara temple in Vadavanho village village of Hobi on Tuesday and Oorodeyappa temple in Kargal village on Wednesday.
On this occasion, with the efforts of Matana Dida, Kumaraswamy’s groom and Deve Gowda’s blessings, it is as true as Surya Chandra that JDS will come to power in the state and Kumaraswamy will become the Chief Minister. If the regional parties come to power, the states will be able to develop. It has come to the people’s attention that many development works were undertaken when I was in power. H.D. Since Revanna has joined hands with me this time, the taluk will develop further. He requested the people to bless him.
Ramaswamy, who responded to the former MLA’s criticism that he will not be in JDS for a single day after Manju won, said that he should not go to anyone’s door to get tickets, why should Congress and BJP parties, why did he not contest in the election, he said that he is standing for the election as true as Surya Chandra, he is under extreme frustration and is talking as if it comes to his mind. Stating that he is responsible for his current state of political confusion, I have not done compromise politics. He said that I came to politics from struggle and not an accidental politician like former MLA Ramaswamy.
Party leaders, functionaries, leaders of respective villages etc. were present on this occasion.
