Hassan: Aam Aadmi Party leader Agile Yogesh said that he has started a “broom relief campaign” today against the central and state BJP government, which is looting people’s money in the name of development.
Speaking at a press conference, he said that the campaign will be launched by performing puja at the Iru Va Siddeshwar Temple on the premises of the city’s Shakti Goddess, Hasanamba Temple.
In the campaign, the people will be convinced that how central and state governments are looting people’s tax money, they will go from door to door and tell them how the government is cheating in the name of development. Cooking gas has already reached the mark of 1200, the price of fertilizer which was 400 has become 1400 and the price of 60 petrol has reached 110. Similarly, the price of many daily use items has increased and this will be brought to the attention of the people and people will be convinced not to support such parties in the next elections.
Similarly, there will be a fight against the misrule of the important JDS Congress and BJP parties in the district, in this regard, work will be done to strengthen the AAP party through the Porake Remedial Campaign, he said.
For the strengthening of the Aam Aadmi Party, workers are already ready at every booth level and 1630 booth-level workers have been deployed.
He said that he will go to every house in the city to solicit votes for the party.
Yogesh made it clear that we are a national party and we will work hard for the victory of whichever candidate the party leaders have fielded.
