BJP conspired to destroy constitution: KS Lingesh alleges

Arehalli: Belur Vidhan Sabha JDS candidate KS Lingesh alleged that the BJP government has tried to destroy the constitution created by Dr. B. R. and re-create the Manu Constitution.
