Banavase Rangaswamy election campaign in Kandali

Hassan: In the backdrop of assembly elections, Congress candidate Banavase Rangaswamy, along with party leaders and hundreds of workers and fans, campaigned in Kandali village of the taluk. During the campaign, wherever she went, women would welcome her with aarti. The manifesto released by the Congress government contains important promises including 200 units of free electricity, 3000 unemployment allowance for youth, 10 kg of rice per person. As a symbol of fulfillment of manifesto promises, turmeric-saffron and betel nuts were placed at the time of the manifesto to mark the release of the election manifesto.
