Fatal assault with machete for property, case reg.

A case has been registered against six people
Belur: Mallesh Gowda of Malegere village of Bikkodu Hobali, Belur taluk has been plowing the property inherited from his mother for almost 30 years and due to rains, his sons Sasikumar Gaurish and daughter-in-law Theertha were plowing their land survey 211/1 of 14 kunta in their field. Son Nada Madhukumar, Chandra Gowda, Kumar, Javaregowda, Rudresh Lokesh came together in a group and suddenly attacked him with a machete, not only insulted him with bad words, but also attacked Mallesh Gowda with a machete. Sasikumar, who came across when he was about to attack Mallesh Gowda, was hit on the head with a machete, and the local villagers admitted him to the hospital. Along with them, father Mallesh Gowda, sister-in-law Tirtha Anna, Gaurish, who were severely assaulted, were admitted to the hospital.
On this occasion, Shashi Kumar’s brother, who was speechless, used to plow the land that had come to our grandmother since our father’s time. But in 2016, we had applied for our father to change the account. But there, an officer called Udeet, the royal self-inspector, had created a fake document and tried to make the account to Madhukumar, our uncle’s son. When we came to know about this, we complained to the Tehsildar about this, and asked our father how can you make an account. After Udeet threatened us, we filed a petition in the court and we got justice from there.
The Arehalli police, who have registered a complaint, have registered a case against Madhukumar, Chandra Gowda, Kumar, Gaure Gowda, Lokesh, Rudresh.
