Woman hanged to death: Murder suspected; For one possession

Belur: The suspicious death of a woman in a hanging condition is suspected to be murder and a person has been taken into custody.
Savitri (42) is an unlucky person who died. Tuppe Gowda of N Nidagodu village the town had two wives and after his first wife passed away during the covid, he married Savitri one and a half years ago due to family discord and used to drink and fight every day.
At 1.30 pm on Thursday, Savitri’s dead body was found in a suspicious condition and the locals informed the police about it, immediately the police officers rushed to the spot and detained one person on suspicion of murder. The body was sent to the government hospital for post-mortem examination.
One of the relatives of the deceased woman spoke to Suddhigara that Savitri was soft-hearted, she was the second wife of Thuppa Gowda and he had 2 children with the first wife.
