Hassan: Where Nari is worshipped, the deities reside there, said Kanchana Mala, Senior Bharat Scout and Guide.

Freedom fighter H.M. Shivanna said that World Women’s Day is being celebrated everywhere and women are being honoured and respected at this time. Women used to be confined to the kitchen. At present Jataka, auto, lorry, bus and all other vehicles are filed along with driving. He also said that he drives the train. Today women are empowered. He has also rendered immense service in the field of education. She was doing all kinds of service as a mother, daughter and wife at home and wished God to do good for her.
Meanwhile, District President Syed Ejaz, Honorary President Banumathi, office bearers Sham, Kamalamma, Anu, Meena, Sudha, Hema, Reshma, D. of World Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Movement Forum. Sudha, Shweta, Rukmini, Swati, Syed Usman, b. Vijikumar, Shahabj, Imtaz, Mahantesh, Venkatesh and others were present.
