Hassan: According to the history of the country, the Britishers, who stole all the wealth of our country’s past glory for many years, during their rule, the tree planted and protected by the Britishers in the municipal council premises on Santepet road, even today, a group of pythons surround each other and hug each other in a circumference of about 30*40 i.e. 120 feet. These thick vines, which are stretched out like a slab, grow like a tree, wrap around each other from the bottom to the top, grow like immortals, and provide shelter to hundreds of birds, besides providing a cool shade to whoever comes under the hot sun, and the sight of the green leaves that are pressed without letting down the rainwater that has fallen on it, provides pure oxygen. Anyone can watch and enjoy it.
But it is a fact that some snakes have somehow sneaked into it because the birds living on the same cliff lay more and more of their eggs. Also, at the same time, there is a fact that a similar sapling was planted in the Hassan City Club premises in the city centre. But at the same time, isn’t it a matter of happiness that the city council has maintained it since the beginning?
Sojiga tree which has been celebrated for centuries
