School plastic tank damage: act by miscreants

Sakaleshpur: It is suspected that the plastic tank installed to supply water to a government school in Chikkanayakanahalli here was damaged by miscreants.
The government is providing various facilities to the children of the government schools, similarly, a water tank with a capacity of 1,000 litres was constructed under the Adarsh Grama scheme for the Chikkanayakanahalli Government Junior Primary School under the Balluppet Gram Panchayat of the taluk.
But the water tank was completely destroyed last night and doubts have been expressed whether this incident happened by accident or the act of miscreants.
The Gram Panchayat members of Chikkanayakanahalli Ward have demanded a thorough investigation into this incident and strict action should be taken against them if the miscreants have done such a thing.
