Maruti Omni collides with a parked tractor: 10 injured

Arakalagudu: A Maruti Omni collided with a parked tractor and 10 people were injured in the incident which took place in the afternoon near Shambhunathpura village on the outskirts of the town.
Chaluraj, Rajegowda, Kristegowda, Shobha, Saroj, Jagdish, Geeta, Jyoti, Parvathi, and Hemanth, the driver of the Maruti vehicle, were injured. All of them belong to Hulikal village of the taluk and the accident took place when they were returning from the Rathotsava held in Belur. 5 to 6 of them have got serious injuries. The injured were treated at a government hospital in the town and referred to Hassan for further treatment. The town police have taken further action.
