Aluru: While the government is spending crores of rupees for the poor patients and building high-quality government hospitals, only the doctors are taking leave of their own accord without giving any information and making the patients suffer without coming to duty. Due to this negligence of the doctor, some patients are returning home after waiting for hours and looking at the hospital board.
The public and the villagers are alleging that the well-equipped building constructed at the cost of lakhs of rupees for the use of the public in K Hosa Kote Hobli of Alur taluk is of no use. Due to the lack of doctors in the government hospital, the patients are living in hell. The public has expressed outrage that the administration cars are like the people’s representatives. Dhananjay of K Ho Kote village said that there has been a government hospital in our village for hundreds of years and there are mostly farmers and labourers in K Hobli. With no money to show up in a private hospital, they have to go to a government hospital. But recently the doctors are not coming on time and the patients are suffering, the present doctor Vidyashree does not come to duty on time, she does not touch the patients, she only visits the elderly patients in a singular manner, says Mata. People’s representatives are reprimanding the taluk administration and the government doctors saying that if there was no private hospital, everyone would have died, leaving the compounders in the hospital to take care of the patients.

Another doctor, Vidyashree came to our health centre a year and has not yet delivered a single child. If asked, he tells Hassan that there is no growth here. If we ask the other nurses, they are busy with their work.
