Horrific accident near Zipura village: Girl dies on the spot

Araseikere:  A 12-year-old girl died of severe bleeding after being hit by a car near the bus stand in Zipura village, on the road from Banavara to Huliyar route.
As a result of becoming a national highway, even though more accidents have occurred, the authorities have shown irresponsibility in not putting speed controls (humps) and the public has demanded that the humps should be installed immediately.
