Harmful effects of tobacco consumption: create awareness

Hassan: District Collector MS Archana has instructed the officials to create awareness among the public about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption on health.
Speaking at the quarterly progress review meeting of the Tobacco Control Cell held today at the BC Roy Hall of the District Health and Family Welfare Officer’s office, he told the officials to lay emphasis on building an addiction-free society.
Senior Civil Judge and District Legal Service Authority Member Secretary Ravikant, District Panchayat Deputy Secretary Puneeth, District Health and Family Welfare Officer Dr. Shivaswamy, RCH Officer Dr. Chetan were present.
