Belur: District Congress President EH Laxman today performed Bhoomi Puja for the construction of high-tech toilets at a cost of Rs 6 lakhs to facilitate the basic problems of tourists coming to Gandhara Buddha Vihara, one of the historical tourist spots of the taluk.
