Free medical checkup camp by Rotary organization

Belur: Father Muller Hospital, Mangalore has a history of 142 years and is shining with past glory in medical services and is providing good medical services at affordable rates to the poor people, said David, PRO of Father Muller Hospital.
Addressing the free medical check-up camp organized at Rotary School in Ramanagara, Arehalli under the sponsorship of Austin Roach family in collaboration with Rotary Organization Arehalli, Father Muller Hospital Mangalore and Purnasudha Cancer Foundation Bangalore, he said, “We cannot bring all the facilities of the hospital here. So, if you come to our hospital keeping the red slip that the doctor of our hospital will give you after the check-up, you can get more treatment. We will give another ticket to those who bring red ticket. If you have that voucher with you, it will be convenient to get a discount on the treatment fee. He said that about 600 people who were suffering from various types of problems such as eye, skin, ear, throat and nose were given free health checkup in this camp.
Dharmaraj of Hirigarje village, who received treatment, said that every year the Rotary organization organizes a free health check-up camp. He said that it is commendable that the Rotary organization is providing such a service in Arehalli when the poor wander to the district center to get their diseases checked.
President of Rotary Organization Ro. Nadeem Iqbal, Secretary Manjunath U, Father Muller Hospital Doctor Dr. Norman Mendonsa, Purna Sudha Breast Cancer Department Dr. Pramila, Head Teacher Tulsi, Ro.Vinayak, Ro.Pinto, Ro.BP.Harish, and other office bearers were present.
