Deer killed in vehicle collision near Bage village

Sakaleshpur: An incident occurred in the early morning where a deer was hit by an unknown vehicle and died on the spot near Bage village on National Highway 75.
Despite repeated incidents of deer getting hit by vehicles moving on the national highway in the region, only the forest department has not taken any precautionary measures.
Locals have expressed their anger against the Forest Department as the wild animals roam in the area and there is no warning to the motorists and the incidents of wild animals getting stuck on the highway and dying have started to increase.
