Basic Culture Kannada Culture Training Camp District Festival

Hassan: Basic Culture Kannada Culture Training Camp District Utsav and Closing Ceremony by Department of Kannada and Culture. HR Jayashankar, district coordinator of the training camp said that it was organized on the 5th.
He spoke at a press conference which will be held at 11 am at Hasanamba Art Field in Samaram Bhavu Nagar. Campers trained in the camp organized in the district will perform art. District in-charge minister K Gopalaya will inaugurate the program and Kannada and Culture and Energy Minister Suni L Kumar will participate.
Constituency MLA Pritam J Gowda will be presiding, District MPs, Vidhan Parishad members, MLAs, Corporation Board Chairman, District Collector, Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer, District Superintendent of Police and City Council Chairman, Kannada and Culture Department Mysore Division Joint Director, Zilla Kannada Sahitya Parishad President will participate.
Jagdish Hire Mani, the state driver of the training camp, and Atma Nanda HA, a former member of the Kannada Lalitha Kala Academy, will be present, he said.
Camps have been organized by the government to bring to the fore the unique arts of the grassroots community which are dying out as per the budget announcement for 2022-23.
He said that 5 art forms including Ranga Kunita, Togalugombe, Chittimela, Tamburi Pada and Keelukudare were selected in the district and 10 campers were given training in each art form from last January 24 to February 12.
He appealed to the public to participate and make the program a success. The district coordinators of the training camp were SD Chandru, Narasimhaiah and Sunil.
