Aluru: In the wake of the assembly elections, the Taluk Sweep Committee led by the Executive Officer Narayanaswamy conducted an awareness jatha on the main road of the town by physically challenged persons on three-wheelers in order to create physical awareness among the voters about “voting”.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that everyone should participate in the assembly elections held on May 10 without any mistake, vote fearlessly and without being influenced by any motivations, regardless of religion, caste, creed, race and language.
Taluka Panchayat Executive Officer Narayanaswamy, MRW Zakir Hussain, VRW Jeevan, Indira, Pradeep and other multipurpose rehabilitation workers and Taluka Panchayat staff were present in the jatha program.
