Konanur: Amrita Arogya Abhiyan program was organized in Basavapattana Gram Panchayat Avarana in collaboration with Basavapattana Primary Health Center Family Welfare Health Department.
Dr Anilkumar, the medical officer of the health centre, gave an understanding in the program held at the G.P. office of Basavapatnam, Ramanathapura Hobli, that organ failure occurs due to non-communicable diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, child marriage, mental depression, adolescent problems of girls. He said that any small health problem should not be ignored and a solution should be found and help to build a good healthy society.
Taluk Senior Health Inspector Chandra Gowda said that every gram panchayat of the taluk has been given a test kit for the detection of non-communicable diseases and every gram panchayat has been informed in the Amrita Arogya Abhiyan that the public should be screened 4 times a year. He said.
Village Development Officer Manjunath, Health Inspector Lokesh Sahayaki Padma, and members of the Village were present.
