Hassan: Dadapir alias Hussain bin Iman Saab, a resident of Bharamasagara Santhepet of Holalkere taluk of Chitradurga district, who was involved in three separate cases, was sentenced to 1-year moderate imprisonment and fined 1000 in the JMFC court of Araseikere.
Dadapir on 19.03.2019 at 2 o’clock in the night at the house of Salman Pasha, resident of 9th cross on the right side of Hassan Road, Araseikere Nagar Police Station and on 17.8.2019 at 1 o’clock in the house of Saubhagya, resident of Mini Vidhana Soudha, Araseikere Nagar. And on 8.11.2019 Savithramma, a resident of Malleshwar Barangay of Araseikere city, broke the locks of the house at 12:30 in the night when no one was there and stole the gold ornaments. Investigating officer Chandrasekharaiah conducted an investigation against the accused and filed a charge sheet in Araseikere court. Araseikere senior civil judge and JMFC judge Anita Giruva conducted the inquiry. G has issued an order punishing the culprit. In case of failure to pay the fine, it has been stated in the order to undergo additional simple imprisonment of one month. Public prosecutor Virupaksha has argued on behalf of the government.
