Prof. Taranath as the first chancellor of Hassan University

Hassan: As the first chancellor of the newly opened Hassan University, Prof. TC Taranath took charge today at the Hemgangotri campus on the outskirts of Hassan. Speaking on this occasion, he said that due to the blessings of my parents and the knowledge imparted by my Guru, I have risen to a high position today and I bow down to all of them, saying that the development of a nation is possible through culture and education.
There is a solution to every problem, but if we want to find a solution to those problems, it is only possible when we all work together, and only when everyone fulfills the responsibility assigned to them, Hassan University can be raised to a higher level.
He said that teachers should be respected by the students, so let us all be active in providing adequate education to the students. He expressed the hope that the eight universities started this year, unlike the traditional universities, should work with limited resources and make more progress.
